Article 20 (Miscellaneous Provisions tax)
1. From fiscal year following the year in progress at December 31, 2006 and until the closing

917 and is used for payments of income tax and the regional tax on productive activities
due for the tax period in which the costs referred to in paragraph 1 have been incurred;
any surplus can be used in compensation under Article 17 of Legislative Decree
July 9 1997, no 241, from the month following the deadline for the submission

4. Decree of the Ministry of Economic Development in consultation with the Minister of Economy and Finance
have identified the reporting requirements imposed on enterprises
as regards the definition of research and development facilities and procedures for verifying and ascertaining

5. The effectiveness of this Article shall be subject, under Article 88, paragraph 3, of the EC Treaty

6. Small and medium businesses can benefit from music production tax credit

7. Can access the tax credit referred to in paragraph 6, subject to the limits
of the "de minimis" in Regulation (EC) of the European Commission n.69/2001
January 12, 2001, only companies having an annual turnover or annual balance sheet total of not more than 15 million
euro and which are not owned, directly or indirectly, by
a publisher of broadcasting services.
8. For the year 2007, to teachers in public schools of all levels, including non-tenured position with
year, as well as teaching staff at state universities
entitled to a deduction from the gross capacity and up to the same extent
19 percent of the expenses incurred and actually been paid, up to a maximum of 1,000 €
thereof, for the purchase of a personal computer brand new.
